Bilt is giving members up to $150 off a single hotel stay booked through its travel portal, plus a gift card redemption bonus of up to 100% on Nov. 1. The hotel offer runs from Oct. 28 at 9 a.m. ET through Nov. 2 at 3 a.m. ET, well past Rent Day itself.
How the hotel discount works
Each member sees three spending thresholds that unlock $50, $100 or $150 off, and the required spend varies by member, so the headline number may not match what shows up in your account. Taxes and fees count toward the threshold, there are no blackout dates, and the discount covers one new booking only.
It stacks with Bilt Points and Bilt Cash at checkout but not with the travel credits on a Bilt credit card. For Home Away from Home stays, the discount arrives as a statement credit on the card used.
Status decides the gift card math
The Nov. 1 bonus covers 125-plus gift card brands and scales with tier, from 25% for Blue and 50% for Silver to 75% for Gold and 100% for Platinum. Gift cards normally return about 0.7 cents per point, so Platinum members reach roughly 1.4 cents while Blue lands near 0.875 cents.

Bilt's travel portal already pays 1.25 cents per point, which leaves Blue, Silver and Gold members behind even with the bonus. Platinum members turn 10K points into about $140 in gift cards versus $125 in travel, a gap that shrinks if the same gift card can be bought elsewhere at a 10% discount.
The Points Guy values Bilt points at 2.2 cents each, which keeps gift cards near the bottom of the redemption ladder.
The rest of Rent Day
Bilt cards earn double points on non-housing purchases from Nov. 1 until 2:59 a.m. ET on Nov. 2, capped at 1K bonus points. The Rent Free game also returns, with the top 10 players winning a month of rent worth up to $2.5K.
