Yeti Forecasts Steady Sales Growth Through 2030

Yeti Holdings targeted mid-single to high-single digit annual net sales growth through fiscal 2030 at its investor day this week.

The cooler and drinkware maker also forecast low-double-digit to high-teens annual adjusted EPS growth through fiscal 2030.

Yeti projected $1.2B to $1.4B in cumulative free cash flow over the five-year period ending fiscal 2030. The Austin company also reiterated its fiscal 2026 outlook for 7% to 8% sales growth and adjusted EPS of $2.94 to $3.00.

Bags and soft coolers are the next growth test

Yeti wants bags and soft coolers to become its next $1B product platform, making the category central to its innovation plan.

The company said it will expand product families across gear and equipment, home and hydration, and bags and soft coolers.

Yeti's drinkware business has faced competitive pressure from brands including Owala and Stanley. Jefferies analysts said bags have helped counter investor debate over whether Yeti is a mature brand or still has runway.

Yeti has identified ~$100M of productivity savings across cost of goods sold and operating expenses through Project Upcycle. The company said those savings could help fund growth investments, offset mix pressures, and support margin expansion.

International sales are the biggest expansion target

Yeti is aiming to generate $1B in international sales by scaling wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and marketplace channels.

"The capabilities beneath the business are stronger."

Matt Reintjes, Yeti

The company described its international model as locally activated and commercially repeatable. In the US, Yeti said it will use sharper consumer vertical strategies and more disciplined go-to-market execution to strengthen its domestic business.

Yeti also plans to return most excess cash to shareholders through share repurchases while preserving flexibility for targeted acquisitions.

The plan gives investors a clear scoreboard, with product breadth and international adoption now carrying more weight than another tumbler cycle.
