First Amex, then Chase, and now Disney has a premium credit card? Last week, Disney launched a new $149/yr card with Chase, Disney Inspire Visa. The card offers cashback and credits toward streaming and Disney destinations — and it’s debuting with one of the more generous sign-up packages we’ve seen.
- The card comes with a $300 Disney gift card just for being approved, which you can spend anywhere in Disney’s ecosystem — parks, resorts, streaming, and more.
- You can also earn a $300 statement credit after spending $1K in the first three months of card opening, which is a big launch offer for a $149/yr card.
Mickey Mouse offers perks: If you’re a Disney die-hard, earning back the annual fee could be a slam dunk thanks to $120 in annual credits on Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+, plus a chance to earn a $100 statement credit on ticket purchases and $200 more on resort stays (key detail: charge everything to your folio).
Never fear, non-Disney fans: You can still chase the $600 bonus, but you’ll need a way to sell the gift card.
